Join us on Saturday, August 9th for a special Summer Edition of our Stress Relief Retreat.
This half-day retreat invites you to step away from your everyday responsibilities and into a space of calm, clarity, and connection. Through breathwork, meditation, and a deep-dive workshop on the female experience—from physiology to inner wisdom—you’ll gain new tools to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with the woman you are beneath the noise.

Held in a serene location near Zurich, this retreat is for women who are looking for a moment of stillness, strength, and sisterhood.

The retreat will be held in German.

9:45 - 10:00 | Arrival 
Find a nice spot for the next few hours, arrive and enjoy the unique location of the venue.

 

10:00 - 11:00 | Breathwork Session: Release & Reset
In this guided 60-minute breathwork session, the focus is on calming the nervous system and letting go of inner tension.

 

11:00 - 11:15 | Break & small snack
After the Breathwork session, we will take a short break. Perhaps you would like to chat with others, enjoy a few snacks (provided by us) or simply have some time to yourself: Your time - you decide. 

 

11:15 - 12:45 | Workshop: 
In our workshop, we will shed light on the physical characteristics of the female body. What effect hormones have on our experience and our energy balance and how we can use this knowledge to our advantage. Secondly, we will look at psychosocial aspects - role models, identifications and expectations - how much our environment and experiences shape us. 

 

12:45 - 13:00 | Meditation & Integration
We will come to a close and guide you through a light meditation to integrate your insights and experiences of the last few hours.

 

13:00 - 13:15 | Closing

Your Coaches

Steffi

As a psychologist, Steffi runs a stress prevention program at the University of Zurich, conducts one-on-one sessions with clients as an Integral Coach and teaches yoga classes. For her, the combination of science and spiritual approaches in personal development is extremely exciting and, based on her own experience, also very effective. 

Steffi loves supporting people on their path to personal development - be it on a psychological or physical level.

Tanja

Tanja's journey with yoga and mindfulness taught her resilience, body awareness, and calm even in life’s most stressful moments. She brings this experience to her classes, empowering clients to incorporate balance and mindfulness into their own lives. Through practices like Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and meditation, Tanja creates a supportive space for growth and self-discovery. Whether in classes, workshops, or retreats, her focus is on nurturing resilience, fostering mindfulness, and inspiring ease in everyday life.
