Time to really retreat. Forget everyday life and recharge your batteries.

 

As the year draws to a close, nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and gently let go. Just as the trees release their leaves, we, too, can choose to release what no longer serves us.

During this retreat, we'll take time to reflect on the past year, let go of emotional and mental weight, and create space for greater ease, trust, and clarity. You'll reconnect with yourself and embrace the quieter energy of the season.

Release what has been, and make space for what is ready to unfold.

Steffi

As a psychologist, Steffi runs a stress prevention program at the University of Zurich, conducts one-on-one sessions with clients as an Integral Coach and teaches yoga classes. For her, the combination of science and spiritual approaches in personal development is extremely exciting and, based on her own experience, also very effective. 

Steffi loves supporting people on their path to personal development - be it on a psychological or physical level.

Tanja

Tanja supports people in reconnecting with themselves and their bodies — beyond performance, pressure, and constant self-optimisation.
Her work is rooted in the belief that real change begins when we slow down, listen, and take ourselves seriously.

Drawing from her own experience, she understands how essential resilience, body awareness, and inner calm are in everyday life — especially during challenging phases.

In her classes, workshops, and retreats, Tanja weaves together Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and meditation to create holistic experiences that invite clarity, self-awareness, and lightness. Always with the intention of making what is experienced on the mat sustainable and applicable in daily life.
