My Story

My personal journey with yoga, mindfulness, and movement began as a way to find balance and resilience amidst life’s challenges. Over the years, this practice has deepened my connection to body awareness and cultivated a sense of mindfulness that sustains me even in the most stressful times.

Personal experiences with hormonal imbalances and related health challenges have profoundly shaped my path. They sparked my curiosity about the female body and led me to deepen my knowledge through advanced training in female physiology. Today, I specialize in supporting women throughout different life phases — from cycle awareness and training through menstrual challenges to navigating menopause.

In my classes, I aim to share this transformative experience by creating a space where clients can explore their own paths to balance, strength, and inner calm. Whether through Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, Pilates, meditation, or breathwork, my focus is on empowering individuals to incorporate these practices into their lives in a meaningful way.

I also love facilitating retreats, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions, where participants not only immerse themselves in practice but also gain valuable knowledge. My goal is that you leave feeling recharged, centered, and empowered — equipped with tools and insights that support you long after our time together.

We live in a society that is constantly "on" and striving to perform — in our careers, family and social lives, and even our workouts. It doesn't matter if you have experience or not, if your body is flexible or not, or what body shape you have. My approach is supportive and adaptable, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we can nurture your resilience, strengthen your self-awareness, and bring more ease and connection into your daily life — in harmony with your body, your rhythm, and your current phase of life.
