This interactive webinar is open to fitness, movement & group class coaches - as well as anyone interested in understanding the journey of pregnancy and its effects on the body. You'll learn about the physical changes during and after pregnancy, along with best practices, modifications, and supportive exercises. Together, we'll explore key do's and don'ts and discuss how to create a safe, effective workout practice to support people through each phase. All attendees receive access to the presentation slides, ensuring you can revisit the material and deepen your understanding at your own pace.
